CNC SERVICES - LASER CUTTING, PUNCHING, BENDING & TUBE CUTTING

P&A offers a full range of services, including press brake bending up to 4,000mm long, punching and laser cutting (including brass, copper and aluminium). P&A uses a progressive range of machinery, mainly imported from Japan, to achieve high quality and expertly finished bending, punching and laser cutting results across a great variety of materials. Employees are trained to use various machines, and utmost care is taken in maintaining high levels of safety while using the equipment.

WELDING - TIG, MIG & ROBOTIC

Coded and Non-coded
P&A offers a comprehensive range of welding services that includes specifically coded welding and general non-coded work. We offer the precision of Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding for thinner gauge materials, as well as Metal Inert Gas (MIG) for a wider range of materials. We also offer robotic welding services making use of mechanised programmable tools.

IN-HOUSE EPOXY POWDER COATING

Complete in-house epoxy powder coating services for all manufactured and fabricated products.

The P&A epoxy powder coating factory provides a solution for every step of the epoxy powder coating process. From the 7-stage pre-treatment process to applying the powder and curing it in the batch or conveyor oven, P&A takes care of manufactured products of all sizes.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING

Bespoke product manufacturing drawings are drawn up according to client need and specification. Our facility includes six Solidworks 3D drawing packages, four Metamation enterprise nesting & programming packages. We also use networked MIE Trak production management control software. With this software we can accurately keep track of each order and our customers are assured of complete transparency. It also gives us the ability to keep all data in one place for future reference. With P&A and MIE Track projects can be repeated or amended with no need to reinvent the wheel each time.
